Murphy’s love for the Snoogle
Murphy has so much love for my Snoogle, it’s ridiculous. He’s always cuddled up in it, and it’s so adorable.
He honestly can’t get enough of it. Maybe I’ll just give it to him when I’m done with it?

Runner Falls During The Race Of Her Life, Then Gets Up And Shocks The Crowd!
This video is awesome! The woman in it falls flat on her face during a championship race, but then gets right back up and wows the entire crowd with what she does. It’s pretty amazing to see. Definitely worth a watch!
“Show Dad How” book
Mal’s sister gave him a book called Show Dad How: The Brand-New Dad’s Guide to Baby’s First Year for his birthday, and it’s already been a great reference for the both of us.
The book is a fully illustrated, step-by-step guide to everything a dad needs to know from conception through his baby’s first year. It covers everything from childproofing your home to delivering a baby on the subway and everything in between.
Mal and I joked that this book was written just for us since it had a few pieces of advice that were pretty specific to our lives. For example, don’t name your child after your pug.
And how to customize your blue Subaru Impreza, which is Mal’s exact car. Haha! Anyway, it’s a really cool book and perfect for a first-time dad.
Summer Prints & Patterns
I love all of the summer prints and patterns that I am seeing lately. They are so fun, and I want them all. Perhaps a little shopping spree is in order after Baby H. arrives?
CineMama App
I wish I had discovered this app sooner, but I figured I’d pass it along for the moms-to-be!
CineMama is a fun tool created by March of Dimes to document your pregnancy and track your belly’s growth””just like the weekly photos that a lot of us take, but the app has a belly grid and photo editor, so you can line up your belly each week to see how it’s grown over time. There’s even a option to turn your photos into a movie at the end of your pregnancy. So cool!
Zulily
A bunch of you guys told me about Zulily when I first got pregnant. It’s a website for moms, babies, and kids where you can score daily deals on top brands. I actually signed up awhile ago and have popped over to the site a bunch of times to check out the various sales, so I was pumped when they reached out to me.
The folks at Zulily recently sent me a wonderful newborn care package, and I was so excited to see what was inside””everything from an adorable onesie to newborn diapers and wipes to Sophie the Giraffe. Thank you, Zulily!
