Another week of workouts is in the books! I’m still feeling pretty good overall, but, man, pull-ups and squat thrusts are getting harder and harder! Even still, I’m happy with my activity this week. Here is a recap!

Sunday: Off

Monday: CrossFit

Healthy Living Challenge Baseline” workout. I was almost a minute slower this time around (+ nine pounds heavier), but I PR-ed my 5-rep Thruster (#95 pounds) during the strength part of the workout.

Tuesday: Off

Wednesday: CrossFit

We did “Evel Knievel” (Double Unders, Burpees, Overhead Squats). Recap here!

Thursday: 20-minute, at-home workout in my basement

Friday: Off

Saturday: 30-minute hotel workout

Yesterday morning, Mal and I did a 30-minute, high-intensity workout in the hotel gym where we were staying this weekend. His workout was a little different than mine””mostly because he’s not pregnant””but we worked out together for the most part. Here’s the workout that I did:

  • 1/2 mile run on the treadmill
  • Tabata of air squats + dumbbell push presses (#40)
  • 5 x 5 dumbbell squats (#50)
  • 21-15-9 dumbbell Thusters (#30) + Squat Thrusts
  • 1/2 mile run on the treadmill
