Hi, guys!

On Tuesday night when I was at Canyon Ranch, Mal texted me: “Guess the pug part” along with a furry photo of Murphy‘s body. (He’s weird. I’m weird. It’s cool.) I love stuff like this, so, obviously, I was game. We went back and forth with photos and guesses, and it was really fun. I definitely had a good laugh!

I thought you guys might get a kick out of guessing Murphy’s pug parts too, so I included two of the harder photos that Mal sent me in this post. Lunch

Thanks to some frozen bagged goodies from Trader Joe’s, this afternoon’s lunch was fast and healthy. THANK YOU to those of you who mentioned the Superfood Pilaf and Fully Cooked Falafel! Both were delicious recommendations!

Who can resist the sweet, smooth, buttery taste of butterscotch? Not me, which is why this recipe for Butterscotch Chip Cookies might be my new favorite (healthy-ish) dessert.

Instead of refined flour and white sugar, these cookies are made with gluten-free almond flour and naturally sweet coconut oil and maple syrup. The packaged, store-bought butterscotch morsels, however, aren’t the most nutritious ingredient, but they sure taste delicious and are worth every calorie when it comes to a splurge. I hope you enjoy these cookies as much as I do!
