• What Should I Make For Dinner?

    March 22, 2013

When I was eating (and thoroughly enjoying) the Mexican Hash Egg Bake that I made for dinner last night, I said to Mal: “We need to remember this recipe.” It was so delicious and easy to make, I wanted us to make a mental note of it for future reference.

I actually take mental notes of all the really good meals we cook, but I somehow manage to forget them when it comes time to meal plan. I usually end up searching through my blog for our favorite dinners, so I decided to put them all in one post, so they’re easier to find. I hope they give you some dinner ideas, too!

    My favorite dinner recipes

    Avocado Egg Salad

Cheesy Garlic & Herb Brussels Sprouts with Sausage

    Chicken Bacon Alfredo

Dry Rub Steak with Avocado Salsa

    Garlic Mustard Drumsticks

    Gingery Broccoli and Beef

    Ground Chorizo with Runny Eggs

    Loaded Baked Potato Chicken Salad

    Paleo Pad Thai

    Potato and Chorizo Dobladas

Roast Chicken with Roasted Onions, Peppers, and Tomatoes
