The next fitmixer Boot Camp starts January 14, 2013!!!!!
Disclaimer: I haven’t done the full fitmixer Boot Camp (only two workouts from it), but I was given access to all of the workouts from the previous Boot Camp and they’re AWESOME!! I’m actually thinking about doing the January Boot Camp myself. If you end up signing up, please let me know! It’d be a fun way to keep each other motivated in the new year!
The fitmixer Boot Camp lasts 8 weeks, so you’ll get five different workouts each week—a total of 40 workouts—emailed to you. All of the workouts are done without equipment and include video tutorials for how to do each movement. I’m not a newbie to exercise and I found the workouts to be really challenging. (They’re also easily customizable with various exercise and rep modifications if you’re new to exercise.) I also found it especially cool that once the Boot Camp ends, you still have access to the workouts, so you can do it all over again or just pick and choose your favorites. In addition to the Boot Camp workouts, you get tons of fitmixer product and a nutrition plan with your registration!
