• fitmixer Boot Camp & Giveaway

    December 3, 2012

This post is part of my ongoing sponsorship with fitmixer as a brand ambassador. The thoughts and opinions expressed are my own.

The next fitmixer Boot Camp starts January 14, 2013!!!!!

    fitmixerbootcamp

Disclaimer: I haven’t done the full fitmixer Boot Camp (only two workouts from it), but I was given access to all of the workouts from the previous Boot Camp and they’re AWESOME!! I’m actually thinking about doing the January Boot Camp myself. If you end up signing up, please let me know! It’d be a fun way to keep each other motivated in the new year!

The fitmixer Boot Camp lasts 8 weeks, so you’ll get five different workouts each week—a total of 40 workouts—emailed to you. All of the workouts are done without equipment and include video tutorials for how to do each movement. I’m not a newbie to exercise and I found the workouts to be really challenging. (They’re also easily customizable with various exercise and rep modifications if you’re new to exercise.) I also found it especially cool that once the Boot Camp ends, you still have access to the workouts, so you can do it all over again or just pick and choose your favorites. In addition to the Boot Camp workouts, you get tons of fitmixer product and a nutrition plan with your registration!

Here’s what you get when you register for the fitmixer Boot Camp:

    • $154.45 worth of fitmixer® product(at retail value):
    • A personalized nutrition plan created by our Registered Dietitian
    • 40 daily workouts created by a certified group fitness trainer
    • Eight (8) weekly webcasts lead by our Registered Dietitian and Fitness Expert
    • Lessons on healthy eating, healthy living, physical fitness, and mental fitness that will last you a lifetime
    • Support from fellow Boot Camp participants through fitmixer.com and the private fitmixer® Boot Camp Facebook Group
    • Direct contact with our Registered Dietician, Fitness Expert, and fitmixer® staff
    • Access to write blogs and leave comments on the fitmixer® website

That’s a lot of stuff, right? It’s definitely a great value. If you want more information, check out these testimonials from previous Boot Camp participants. If you have any questions, just let me know!

Giveaway time! That’s right, the nice folks at fitmixer offered to giveaway one free entry to their upcoming Boot Camp to a lucky CNC reader.

To enter: Just leave a comment on this post about a fitness goal you have for yourself in 2013. Earn an extra entry by tweeting or posting on Facebook: “I want to win a free entry to the upcoming @fitmixer Bootcamp starting on Jan 14 http://carrotsncake.com/?p=70730! @carrotsncake” Just be sure to leave a second comment with your tweet/FB post. My goal is to lose weight and lower by BP. I also need to have better eating habits.
My doctor wants me to work on my weight so my BP goes down to avoid meds. I have a late February follow up so this would be great kick in the pants start.

I would love to lose the extra 15 pounds of “comfy” weight I gained when I moved in with my boyfriend and I would love to regain my old healthy active self. These pounds must go!! :)

My fitness goal for 2013 is to maintain consistency. With my job it’s hard to have a set fitness schedule. Some weeks I work out a ton and others I’ll go without a single workout. With a little discipline and support, I know I can do it and keep a steady schedule!

My goals for 2013 are to get back in shape and start running again. I had back surgery in July and gained about 30lbs over the past year or so. Slowly, I lost 20lbs by diet and walking. I need to ramp things back up now that I am feeling back to myself. This would be a great jump start towards my goals! Thanks.
