I really need to get into meal/menu planning for each week! It would really help me stick to my budget and stay organized!!
Spaghetti Squash! Yum!
i just made zucchini mushroom patties this past week! so yummy with sprouts and tomato slices. they weren’t the most filling though, just a warning.
ooh…how do you make paleo pad thai? Or really any pad thai for that matter
@daniella: The secret is spaghetti squash!
The recipe is from a new cookbook, so I’m hoping to share it this week!
@Tina: we can’t get spaghettie squash where I live. Any other ideas?
Do you have a good recipe for pad thai? I love it, but it never tastes as good when I make it myself.
Ooh. Spaghetti squash pad thai?! I honestly cannot wait to see that recipe!
Great plan — it looks super delicious overall!
Any reason to come back to Boston to run is a good enough reason for me. My last race there was too short.

Sounds delicious! Thanks for the link!
As always, I super admire your organization! I’ll never be this organized. Oh well.
For being such a coconut freak, how do I not know about coconut aminos!?! Thanks for the mention
I love your meal plans it is very nice of you to share! Do you happen to have the mushroom burger recipe of the pad thai recipe?
