On my travels home from Oregon the other day, I bought a copy of O, The Oprah Magazine. (The “How to Transform Your”¦ Stress Level” headline caught my attention!)
On one of the first pages of the magazine was a piece where five of the issue’s contributors (including Ted Allen – remember when I met him?) were asked a series of questions about the power of transformation.
I enjoyed reading the various questions and responses, so I decided to turn them into a fun post on CNC. Here are my responses to the five questions asked.

Breakfast
This morning’s breakfast was a two-ingredient pancake (I’m getting really good at making these things – look how perfectly round it is) with almond butter on top. I also drank a glass of an iced decaf vanilla chai tea with almond milk and cinnamon.
Lunch
For lunch, I reheated some leftover cod and sautéed kale from last night’s dinner. I also added some avocado on the side.
Snack
As an afternoon snack, I ate a sliced banana with almond butter. Best snack ever.
