Hi, guys! Mal and I (and Murphy) just got home from a fun weekend in update New York””recap to come, of course! The drive was about 5 hours, so we did a little meal planning on the ride home. I’m off to California for the CrossFit Games on Thursday, so Mal made his own meal plan for the second half of the week.
Here’s this week’s dinner menu:
- Sunday: Barbeque + a ridiculous amount of cheese, crackers & champagne
- Monday: Tacos
- Tuesday: Israeli Couscous Salad with Cherries & Chicken
- Wednesday: Buffalo chicken salad and roasted asparagus
- Thursday: Cobb salad
- Friday: American Chop Suey
- Saturday: Barbeque
