I record Ellie’s show and watch it every evening when I get home from work. Even though I am a vegetarian, I appreciate her approach to cooking with fresh, natural ingredients. I’ve learned a lot from her about substitutions like applesauce to add sweetness and moisture to muffins. And, her energy is so positive and upbeat that I get a lift from just being in her digital presence!
