Welcome to my new and improved home office! My not-so-relaxing work space has finally been transformed. It’s been a long-time coming, but it was worth every once of time, money, and effort.
START TO FINISH:
Clear out office.
Spackle and sand.
Remove faceplates.
Paint.
Meanwhile, establish a temporary office.
And, finally, hang piece-of-crap shelf.
BEFORE:
AFTER:
I’m in love.

Nice office Tina. Good job. And I am definitely going to try those muffins. I’ve never cooked with almond flour before
My favorite part…..the Keurig station! Nicely done Tina. You so deserve a beautiful work space!
May it bring you peace, joy and productivity!
Love the picture of the old desk!
Have a wonderful week.
I looove that poster This is your LIFE! Inspired me right this very moment!
Love, love, love the color of the wall! It’s so relaxing! Your office looks nice. I’m waiting and waiting for my step-daughter to move out so I can turn her room into an office or a workout room! Sigh… I’ll be waiting forever!
Love the note “from Murphy” hanging up on the board stating he is “chasing tail”.. very cute.
Love the paint colors! I’m obsessed recently with the blueish grays lately! Great job

Love your new home office. What exactly do you do for a living? I love that framed picture that says “This is your life…”
I’m a blogger, author, and writer, so I spend an insane amount of time in my office each week. http://carrotsncake.com/about
The office turned out great! I love posts like this.
The renovated office looks great; your hard work really paid off
Thanks for the step by step!
So, how much are you missing iced coffee right now, on a scale of 1 to 10? From having one everyday to going cold turkey must be hard; I remember you every time I drink coffee, iced or not.
I was missing it a TON, but I’m back to drinking it. Coffee has never upset my stomach, so now that I’m feeling better, it’s back in my life!
I absolutely despise painting because we did tan on our walls…. ya, you can’t match that color even if you do bring a paint sample. It still varied. So if the sun is shining in our hallway, you will see a slight shad difference. Same with the kitchen to the living room. sucks. don’t paint one room tan. and then get the itch to do the rest of the rooms that way… if you want them to match. haha.
I absolutely love the wall colors in your office. And the office itself. I think you need to go get some brushed nickel outlet covers. Would look tres chic!
Wow! I love it
Its so important to work in a nice environment.
Looking for a desk similar to that. Where did you get your furniture?
The Mill Store in Canton, MA.
I’m in love, too!
Looks beautiful. What a change. So funny, I just finished major reorganization of my desk this weekend too. I’m a little more behind on the post than you…
.
I love your little coffee station. Even though my kitchen is maybe 10 steps away from my home office, I would LOVE that!
Loving all the framed pictures- the office looks great!

Love the facelift and that Keurig is so essential. I don’t even HAVE an office (if you can’t the spare bedroom as that!), but first request, would be for the Keurig!!!
