So organized; I admire your dedication to planning out the meals in advance! And also you’ve got some serious variety in your meals which is great. Cheers to a healthy week ahead!

although so simple, those ham and cheese paninis sound really good right now!

Nice menu! You should try making ham and cheese quinoa cups…so cute and yummy. http://iowagirleats.com/2012/02/16/mini-ham-cheese-quinoa-cups/

I’m working on a cheesy pesto version.

Good for you! I need to make a shopping list and plan ahead. I used to do that but with everyone’s schedule I stopped since half the time I’d make dinner than no one would come home. I wasted a lot of food and it was so annoying!!! I love your recipes for the week!!

    Emily March 18, 2012 at 8:39 pm

LOVE the Yardhouse. My favorite beer is there.

    Katryn March 18, 2012 at 8:44 pm

Yummy menu! I’m so strange – I love reading shopping lists haha

What kind of butterscotch chips do you buy? The Nestle brand isn’t gluten free. Not sure if you are still eating GF.

    Tina March 19, 2012 at 6:45 am

@Samantha N.: Tollhouse or Stop & Shop brand (whatever is cheaper).

Lauren @ Sassy Molassy March 19, 2012 at 12:48 am

I just made a big batch of veggies and beans and then brown rice and sweet potato for a few meals this week. It’s a first time for me in prepping food ahead for several meals so hopefully it saves us a bit of time after long days at work/excercising.

Mexican turkey burgers sound good! This weather is so perfect for grilling out. 😀

I admire people who can shop from lists. I just kind of have one in my head and I rarely stray from it unless I’m picking up something we’ve never tried.
