BOSU Ballast Ball Giveaway

January 27, 2012

Don’t you hate it when your stability ball rolls around and wanders away from you while you’re trying to workout? Well, the BOSU Ballast Ball PRO stays put! It’s a weighted stability ball, so it won’t roll away and it’s more versatile than a traditional stability ball because you can use it as a total-body training tool.

Constructed of high-quality, burst-resistant material, it has a six-sided design for proper alignment and positioning. With the BOSU Ballast Ball, individuals can perform exercise progressions and dynamic drills that aren’t possible on a regular stability ball. The product is translucent light blue with white multi-dimensional material, and includes a foot pump and workout DVD. Product can be inflated between 55cm and 65 cm, 6.5 lbs.

I love doing pushups with a stability ball but I really want to win this for my students! I am a teacher and having my high energy students bounce on balls instead of using chairs helps them focus. Having a weighted one would keep it from rolling away when they stand up!

crunches. I have severe disc issues/rod in back so it’s the only comfy way for me to do abdominals that won’t hurt my back.

I of course love doing ab exercises on a stability ball to give me a wider range of motion, but I also love doing arm exercises just to add in some core work while I’m working on my arms.
