I love the curtsy squat, Tina! does wonders for the bootay.
I love the curtsy squat too! It works the whole section so nicely. Gotta hit all major muscle groups around the glutes, right?!
Walking side lunges with a band are killer!!!
Lunges and squats are my all time favorite butt workouts – gets me every time! In fact I did them yesterday in my bootcamp class and my buns are super sore…I love it though b/c it makes me feel like I got buns of steel
Curtsy squats rock! Weird as it may sound, I love making my gluts burn
Looks like a great leg workout. I’ve been thinking I need to change things up a bit for legs on Monday and this routine looks like just what I need. I’ve never tried a curtsy squat. Hopefully it doesn’t bug my knees.
I am going to try this workout today. So glad you included the links for the exercises because I have never heard of curtsy squats before.
Awesome workout!!
Absolutely love this whole series! It’s great for my strength days for my half marathon training.
Lower body workouts always KILL my legs. But I guess that just means I’m not working out my legs enough.
Ouch!
Awesome –three new moves I can use for teaching weights class! Looks challenging though….
Squat might look like a more muscular exercise than one that would help in loosing weight, but trust me, 50 squats a day can really help in making you look not only slim, but in tone as well.
