I am really getting into upper body weights now, after avoiding it at all cost for a long time because I thought it would make my arms muscly…it’s actually made them leaner! So thank you for posting this session, will have to try it out.

I’m really enjoying these posts (and starring a lot of them in my reader) because I’m trying to remember I can just spend 15-20 minutes lifting weight a few times a week and it doesn’t have to be a big 40+ minute workout!
I would be interested in seeing how long these workouts take you to do if you’d be willing to add that to your weight recaps
