    I am really getting into upper body weights now, after avoiding it at all cost for a long time because I thought it would make my arms muscly…it’s actually made them leaner! So thank you for posting this session, will have to try it out. :-)

    That might be my favorite Murphy pic ever.
    Do you do CNW twice a week and a BodyPump class? I just starting taking Pump and i LOVE it! But I am debating on whether I should be strength training two times a week vs. three.

    I’m really enjoying these posts (and starring a lot of them in my reader) because I’m trying to remember I can just spend 15-20 minutes lifting weight a few times a week and it doesn’t have to be a big 40+ minute workout!

    I would be interested in seeing how long these workouts take you to do if you’d be willing to add that to your weight recaps :)
