Those are all effective and challenging moves… great choices!
I love tricep dips. Add a plate or dumbbells to the hip area, and it makes the move 10x harder!

Thanks for these – they’re awesome. I have tried half-heartedly on and off to build upper body strength on my own but never stuck with it. Now you’ve convinced me to do these, I just need to motivate myself (or allow time) to follow these with a solid set of abs…rock solid.

Thanks Tina! Tricep dips are one of my favourites, I love how it really focuses on your triceps but involved the rest of the body too. A few sets of those always make me feel the burn!
