• BIC Bands Giveaway

    June 2, 2011

Good morning! Here’s a fun, little giveaway to kick off your day!

    bic-bands-name

B.I.C. Bands will not slip (SERIOUSLY!) They are great for any workout, a trip to the coffee shop, going out with friends, work… you name it. Your B.I.C. Band will keep your hair looking FAB! They are headbands that stay in place and help others win their race!

    bic-bands-saying

Ok, so B.I.C Bands are super cute and keep your hair in place. Awesome, right? Well, the BEST part about them is that they give back to those in need with every purchase!

    Sandy, the owner, explains:

BIC Bands are non-slip headbands that I started making last year when I was training for my first half marathon with Team In Training. I started making BIC Bands to raise funds for Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and raised over $1000 through making and selling BIC Bands.

After my race, I decided to continue making the bands, and wanted to make sure that giving back was still at the heart of the company. With the sale of each BIC Band, $1 is donated to a new charity being chosen each month. (In January, we raised funds for BOMF.) Year to date, over $1,400 has been donated to different charities!

Love it!!! I’m even more excited that Sandy donated to Back on My Feet!

Giveaway time!! Here’s your chance to win two sparkly B.I.C. Bands!

I’ll randomly pick a winner tomorrow morning.

    Good luck!

I have the hardest time finding headbands that will stay put! I think I would like to try the “A touch of fleur”-though I would take any of them!

I love all of them, but I REALLY love the plaid ones or ones with animal prints! They are SO cute! Who wouldn’t love something that dresses up a basic ponytail? Sparkles would be fun too :-)

I am yet to find a headband that does not slip…not sure if its the materials or my head, ha ha. Love Sandy’s concept of giving back for each head band sold, isn’t that what its really about? There also super cute.

    Thanks
