Here’s my last post about Las Vegas! I figured I should show you what we did besides stuff our facessit by the pool, and booze.

On our first day in Vegas, Mal and I woke up bright and early, ate a disgusting breakfast, and then grabbed iced coffees at Starbucks, which we took on our walk down the strip. We started at The Wynn and ended at Mandalay Bay, so, round trip, we walked close to 6 miles!

I thought the rollercoaster would be a complete waste of money, especially for $14 per person, but Mal really wanted to do it. Surprisingly, it ended up being a lot of fun! Mal and I screamed like little girls and laughed hysterically the entire time. The rollercoaster is totally worth the money!

Random side note: If you need a Bank of America ATM while you are in Vegas, there’s one on the 4th floor of the M&M store. Mal and I spent for-ever searching for this baby!

Visited the Shark Reef Aquarium!

Here you will come face-to-face with some of the earth’s most fascinating creatures in North America’s only predator-based aquarium and exhibit. See sharks of all kinds, along with sawfish, giant rays, endangered green sea turtles, piranha, moon jellies and the rare golden crocodiles. In all, there are over 2,000 animals in 1.6 million gallons of seawater.

Mal and I also saw Mystere, one of the Cirque du Soleil shows. It was amazing, and easily one of the best parts of our trip. It highly recommend seeing a Cirque du Soleil show in Las Vegas. Tickets are expensive, but it’s totally worth the splurge. The show was so entertaining– probably one of the best shows in Las Vegas.
