    This looks good! Is it better then the mac n cheese light because that one didn’t go over to well in my house. . . we are always looking for really good light mac n cheese!

    Quick question! Do you cook the cauliflower in the boiling vegetable stock? I looked at the recipe but it’s kind of confusing (I also only slep for 4 hours last night so my mind isn’t fully working today!).
