It’s 51 degrees outside! The sun is shining. The snow is melting. It feels like spring! Hooray! 😎

Before lunch, I hit the gym for a quickie workout. I ran for 30 minutes on the treadmill and did this workout. I thought about running some more, but I just wasn’t feeling it. Instead, I finished my workout with 15 minutes on the elliptical.
For lunch, I whipped up a Blueberry-Quinoa smoothie, which was delicious, nutritious, and incredibly satisfying.
In the mix:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1.25 cups Almond Breeze
- 1/3 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed meal
