This Cookbook Challenge is a lot fun!
The first recipe that picked to make is already a favorite in our household. We actually call it “Mal’s Chili” because it was such a hit the first time that he made it and, of course, we gave all of the credit to him. The recipe is actually called Chili for a Crowd and it is awesome!
The secret/special ingredient is two 12-ounce beers.
Smuttynose Pale Ale was a good pick!
I love that this recipe is super chunky and has a bit of a spicy kick to it. The beer also adds a nice flavor. What can I say, I’m a beer gal!
Definitely a must-try recipe– perhaps for football Sunday?!?
