Hello! I hope you have a smile on your face this morning!

First things first: breakfast! I enjoyed some yummy Overnight Oats in a Jar (OOIAJ) made with old-fashioned oats, Mad Hectic oatmeal, ground flaxseed meal, dried cranberries, walnuts, vanilla soy milk, and, of course, lots of Barney Butter from the jar.

Mmmmm… best breakfast ever! 😀

I also enjoyed some S’mores iced coffee with soy milk along with my OOIAJ.

I hope you’re enjoying your morning so far, but if you woke up on the wrong side of the bed and need a little pick-me-up, I’m pretty sure this video of Murphy doing “elephant butt” will put a smile on your face. I can’t watch it without cracking up! Smiling is a sure thing with this video! 😀

Ok, now that’s you’re smiling, let’s talk about teeth!

This might sound weird, but I am sort of obsessed with my teeth. I am genetically blessed cursed with bad teeth, so I take really good care of them. I never miss a dentist appointment, I brush three times a day, and floss every night before bed. Even still, pretty much every single tooth in my mouth has a cavity. 😕 I also have two porcelain crowns, which later required a minor in-office surgery. I can only imagine how terrible my teeth would be if I didn’t obsessively take care of them!

A long time ago, my dentist recommended that I use an electric toothbrush instead a regular manual one. Electric tooth brushes remove more plaque, which helps prevent gingivitis, and clean deep between teeth and along the gum line. I also brush too hard when I use a manual toothbrush, which upsets my gums, so I’ve used an electric toothbrush for many years now.

Awhile back, the nice people P&G and MS&L sent me the Oral-B ProfessionalCare 1000 electric toothbrush to review on CNC. I’m already a fan of electric toothbrushes, so I was more than happy to give it a whirl. Plus, my current toothbrush was old and sort of nasty. The Oral-B ProfessionalCare 1000 is a great electric toothbrush. It left my teeth feeling nice and clean and it’s not a noisy as my previous toothbrush, so I like it.

Giveaway time!!! 😀

I know that I’m not the only one who wants healthy teeth, so here’s your chance to win the Oral-B Professional Care 1000 electric toothbrush!!! Just leave a comment on this post about something or someone who makes you smile. I will randomly pick a winner tomorrow morning.

Good luck!

P.S. If you read my post about my visit to the conventional dairy farm, you know there was a great conversation in the comment section that followed. Nancy of The Wife of a Dairy Man wrote a wonderful post clearing up some of the confusion around organic and conventional dairy farming. Be sure to check it out!
