		<description>Hey Tina!  I just started doing body pump about a month ago.  First off, whoa that is a lot of weight for biceps...I wish I could do that :)  Congratulations!

Also, I would love for you to do a post about the weight you used in the tracks when you first started and how soon and by how much you increased your weight.  I always thought I was pretty strong until I started doing BP and seeing ladies in their 50&#039;s and 60&#039;s doing lifting more than me!!  lol.</description>
