Excuse Me, Sir

Umm…

IMG_0002.JPG

Excuse me, sir, you know you’re not supposed to have that stuffed pug.

IMG_0004.JPG

Murphy knew I was watching his every move, but he didn’t care. What a butthead.

Lunch

I had a few sushi rolls leftover from last night’s dinner, so I added them to a big salad for lunch today. I thought the rolls might taste funky sitting in the fridge overnight, but they didn’t at all.

_MG_4950.JPG

_MG_4952.JPG

Also in the mix: lettuce, celery, tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers, feta, and Goddess dressing.

_MG_4955.JPG

After lunch, I whipped up a batch of chocolate “soft serve” using a frozen banana, 1/2 scoop of chocolate protein powder, and a splash of soy milk. Delish!

Coffee + Grinder Deal

Last month’s Caftea promo went so well, we decided to team up again. You know how I love all things pumpkin, so check what we came up with:

cc585.jpg

Carrots ‘N’ Cake Special Edition Pumpkin Spice Coffee!!! Cool, right!?

The coffee is whole bean, so to sweeten the deal, we’re throwing in a La Pavoni Mill Grinder, which you can get in black or white. (You can read more about the grinders here.)

grinder.jpg

So, for just $29, you get 8 ounces of special edition Pumpkin Spice Coffee and a La Pavoni Mill Grinder in black or white!! Sounds like a good deal to me! :-D

Don’t ya’ just love it when they know they’re being bad, but choose to do it any way?! Mine does the same thing, he’ll grab my rolled up socks and toss them in the air then run away, as if he didn’t do it. But how can you be mad at them when they’re so darn cute!
