You guys already read the post about my video shoot in New York City for Fitness Magazine and Crystal Light Pure Fitness, but I thought it’d be fun to show you some of the “behind the scenes” action, too!
My morning started bright and early with a visit from the hair and make-up artist at my hotel room. Fancy, huh? She got right to work and prettied me up. (Obviously, I like to look my best before I exercise! ;-))
I’m not going to lie, I really loved my make-up for the day! It was actually pretty subtle considering I was going to be on camera.
A little while later, the camera guy arrived and set up his equipment to interview me about blogging, fitness, and healthy living.
While the camera man set up, I got my hair styled.
All done! 😀
At first, the interview was really nerve-wracking with the bright lights, big camera, microphone, and people starting at me. Yikes! 😯 But, once I started talking, it got much easier.
Sound check.
Here’s the scene from the video where I enter the room and blog at my laptop.
Spending a day making a fitness video was really, really cool. There’s so much that goes into it! I hope you enjoyed seeing some of the “behind the scenes” action from the day and be sure to check out the videos where you can see me doing some hula hooping, retro-robics, and belly dancing workouts.
P.S. Fitness Magazine and Crystal Light Pure Fitness are holding a great sweepstakes– all you need to do is answer “What’s the wackiest fitness fad you’ve tried?” and you could win $500. Just click here to find out more.
