I’m not going to lie, waking up in Vermont this morning was pretty sweet. I opened my eyes to gorgeous Lake Champlain right out my window. Ahhhh…

Anne and I got our run on first thing this morning. The weather was cool, but humid, and we did 4 miles in about 35 minutes.

When we returned to the B&B, breakfast was just about ready. It smelled so gooood!

We enjoyed the most amazing cranberry scone made with Stonyfield yogurt.

Coffee!

And a goat cheese omelette with fresh basil and bacon on the side.

Everything we ate for breakfast had so much flavor– perhaps because it was all organic? All I know is that it was very delicious!
Time to learn about cows and organics!

Oooh, the only thing I know about Lake Champlain is that that’s where the eponymous chocolate company makes one of my favourite chocs, the Spicy Aztec bar. My kingdom for a flight to America…
