I’m finally sitting down to lunch right now. It’s 4 o’clock and WAY past my lunchtime! I was about to eat my arm, I was so hungry! 😯
Anyway, onto my May check-in for Lose the Dough!
Lose the Dough
I made a little progress this month– not a lot, but still progress. I guess all of those desserts didn’t do too much damage! 😉
- Weight: 131.4 pounds
- Body Fat: 21.2%
- BMI: 22.2
We forgot to take measurements again, but here’s a photo comparison from January to May. My body definitely looks different! Maybe my measurements changed a little bit?
(I look like such a turd in these photos!)
Ok, so, I’m holding pretty steady with my progress. Again, I don’t really have any set numbers in mind, I just want to tone up and feel good about myself… and I’m definitely getting there! I think a few more tweeks in my eating habits this month will help me feel more confident. I’m already happy with my “scary” Body Pump muscles! 😉
Snack
Mid-morning, I headed downtown to Healthworks to have my May check-in and take a Gravity class. After showering up, I had about 15 minutes to kill before my appointment with the dietitian, so I relaxed on a bench on Copley Square and munched on an apple. What a beautiful day! 😀
My appointment with the dietitian was AWESOME! It was so much better than I expected. I’m going to write a full recap tomorrow morning. I feel like I have a lot to say!
Lunch
I was seconds away from eating my arm, so I threw together the quickest lunch ever! I had a salad with romaine lettuce, grape tomatoes, carrots, BBQ-flavored KooLoos, and a hard-boiled egg.
On the side, I had a toasted Sandwich Thin with melted mozzarella.
To drink, I enjoyed some amazing ChocoMint iced tea with a splash of almond milk. Can you say YUM?!! The iced tea was light and refreshing with a sweet chocolate and peppermint flavor.
VinoVoyage tonight!!! Wahoo!
P.S. Check Lia’s guest post: How to Stock an Italian Pantry. It’s a good one!
