Seriously, where did today go?!? 😯 I still can’t get over how quickly it flew by. Let’s hope the whole week goes by the same way. I want to be in Florida already! 😉
Dinner
After such a late night last night, Mal and I have been sort of dragging today. So, not surprisingly, we both just wanted to chill on the couch and veg this evening. We kept dinner simple and ate in front of the TV while catching up with our DVR.
I threw together some quick and easy pita pizzas with red bell pepper, onion, shredded cheddar cheese, and marinara sauce on Joseph’s pitas. On the side, I had a big salad with balsamic vinegar.
For dessert, my generous husband shared his “Mal Only” peanut M&Ms with me. What a guy!
I ate 2 or 3 small handfuls. So delish!
