Earlier this evening, I burned a whole bunch of calories at the gym. I did 45 minutes on the elliptical, ran for 15 minutes, and then evened it all out by eating a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Blizzard from Dairy Queen. It’s all about balance, right? 😉
Damn, these things are GOOD! Best dinner I’ve eaten in awhile!
Lunch
For some reason, I totally forgot to take photos of my lunch this afternoon. I’ve been blogging for over 2 years now, so you’d think it’d be second nature to me by now, right?!
I ate my carrot sticks and orange before I even thought to snap a photo, so there’s just a shot of the aftermath. Oops! 😳 Lunch also included a vanilla Chobani and a packet of maple brown sugar instant oatmeal.
Snack
After work, I snacked on a piece of whole wheat toast with buffalo sauce and melted mozzarella on top. It was such a good snack. I also munched on a handful of almonds, but I forgot to take a photo of those, too. I don’t know where my brain was today?! 😕
