		<description>I just wanted to say &quot;thank you!&quot; for the yoga challenge.  I have a slight overuse injury on my hip and I have been doing more weight lifting and different cardio to rest my hip... running was the cause.  I decided to try the yoga class today at my gym because of your challenge.  It was a great stress reliever and an awesome stretch for my hips!  I can see the benefits of doing yoga once a week.</description>

		<description>I have heard this question before. I would definitely still workout! But... maybe not as much ;) Still, no pill can really replace that good feeling that you get after completing a great workout.</description>
