Beer O’clock

March 13, 2010

Success!!!

Mal and I finished our taxes in just a couple of hours this afternoon. We’re both fairly organized people, so it wasn’t too difficult to pull everything together. Thank goodness!

While we worked, I snacked on a Granny Smith apple.

And then a Sandwich Thin with Nuttzo spread on top.

Mal and I worked all afternoon long (doing taxes, cleaning, grocery shopping), so a well-deserved beer was in order! :-D

Tastes so good when it hits your lips! ;-)

Time to get ready for our pasta par-tay!

That’s such a cute picture of you chuggin’ the beer. I often read your blog and often wonder how you manage to have a sweet tooth (like I do) and stay so thin. Well, the obvious answer is working out. I guess I better get on that if I ever want to call myself thin again (2 little boys later…)!!

WOW taxes in a couple hours!? Impressive. My mom slaves over them for what seems like weeks at this time of year. In fact she just started today and is thinking she’ll have to get an extension. You and Mal are on top of it!
