When I make heart shaped pancakes I just drizzle the batter in heart shapes, looks similar to hearts but rarely perfect. Michael Pollan's new book is amazing! I read the whole book standing in a book store in the St. Paul, MN airport. I love the way he writes and his outlook on how to eat. I hope more people read his book and choose to eat better, this country needs it. I love your blog. Keep posting. Happy Valentine's Day!
