Cheesecake Giveaway! Holy Yum!
Mmm… cheesecake! 
Obviously, all of this talk about sugar calls for a cheesecake giveaway. Makes perfect sense to me! 
Last week, the nice people at Eli’s Cheesecake Company sent me a couple of their Candy Bar Cheesecakes to sample. All I have to say is holy yum! Seriously, it was the most amazing cheesecake experience!
Now, it’s your chance to win a fancy-schmancy cheesecake! Eli’s has offered to giveaway one cheesecake from their website to a lucky Carrots ‘N’ Cake reader. The winner can pick any cheesecake that they want from the Eli’s website. Holy yum, right?
To enter: Visit the Eli’s website and leave a comment about which cheesecake you would chose if you win the giveaway. I’ll randomly pick a winner tomorrow morning.

I would definitely want to try their Couture Cheesecake Sampler – Season I !!! It sounds simply divine! Can you imagine???… how do you try each of these couture flavors without going overboard? Guess you have to make mini slices of each one…wouldnt want to miss tasting even one! (and this is coming from someone who subsititutes sugar with agave or other more healthy things usually. Not for cheesecake. Thanks so much for the offer!

so why not get a sampler that gives you the best of both worlds. It also comes with “Perfectly Praline” flavor. Not sure what it is but it sure looks good.

I sent my boyfriend an Eli’s Cheesecake for Valentines Day/his birthday (almost the same day) last year. He gave me his wrong address so he had to bike a 2 hour trip to the carriers location to pick up the cheesecake – he didn’t have a car and the cake is on ice. He said it was totally worth it though! If I did that again I’d buy him the strawberry cheesecake but send it to the right address. If I bought myself a cheesecake, I literally wouldn’t be able to decide, so maybe the Candy Crazy Cheesecake Sampler.

YUM! I have always been a fan of their Key Lime or Reese’s cheesecakes! I’m from Chicago (born and raised) and lived down the street from the Eli’s Restaurant (a steak place owned by Eli’s)…..it was a Chicago landmark until it was torn down a few years ago:( I miss my Eli’s!!

Tina, I don’t know if you would send a cheesecake to San Fran, but I have to enter for my boyfriend just in case. He’s from New Jersey and is going through withdrawal having not had cheesecake in so long. I keep promising I’ll make it for him, but I’m not a baker, and I don’t have a springform pan or anything. This would be the nicest Valentine’s Day gift and would probably make his year haha. I know he likes the original cheesecake with strawberries so that would have to be my choice.
