I love this idea! I love chewy oatmeal. How long would these keep for? Could I make them ahead of time?

I just made this with regular oats and it is very rubbery (ugh). Was I supposed to use quick oats?

I just made this with a whole egg, and whole wheat flour, and substituted fresh sliced strawberries. I made it in a mug and had to cook it for 1:15 [old microwave] but it turned out like a fresh baked muffin and smelled FANTASTIC. Sooo delicious and quite filling. Thank you so much! Good to have something quick for late night studying that's also healthy. <3

Love this! I know this is an old post, but I just tried it with dark chocolate chips instead of raisins. So good. The scoop of low-fat icecream I added may have negated the whole 'fewer calories' concept though.

I love oatmeal raisin cookies; Teh Husband despises oatmeal raisin cookies (and any baked goods containing raisins). Must try this. Thank you!
