* Basic Cookie Dough
* 100% Whole Wheat Flour
* Organic flaxseed meal instead of eggs (better for you, and I’m trying to get omega-3s without taking the supplements!)
* Organic agave nectar (lower glycemic index is always good, especially with my family history of diabetes)
* Organic butter (because not having it doesn’t change the nutritionals.)
* Organic carrots and organic pumpkin (I’m a pumpkin junkie! and the stuff that goes into carrot cake is pretty much the same as the stuff you put in pumpkin bread, and talk about beta carotene!)
* Ghirardelli Milk Chocolate Chips (It’s a treat in itself)
* Pecans (I’m from Texas. We live on pecans)
* Organic Flaxseed (again with omega-3s and natural fiber!)
* Sweetened dried cranberries (another autumnal flavor!)
* Organic vanilla, molasses, pumpkin pie spice and almond extract (I love the flavor of almond extract)
* Whey protein and fiber!
* Topped with organic cinnamon sugar

And all for 100 cal per serving!

Dang. That’s expensive for a dozen cookies. One of my combos might be: whole wheat oatmeal with cherries, almonds & coconut. There are so many options! =)
