Mint brownies, a decadent treat that we always make on Christmas Eve! I don’t know how it started, but there’s a delicious layer of mint frosting or something that makes it my favorite dessert during the holiday’s!

I think they are called turtles, we use a square pretzil & top it with a rolo & put it in the oven just to warm a little & then take them out & top them with a pecan. You are suppose to let them cool at that point but we usually eat them all before they cool. They are so yummy & Christams eve is the only time we make them so my kids look forward to it every year.
