I love sparkpeople.com! If it was not for sparkpeople.com I would still be overweight. About 3 years ago I lost 70 pounds and kept it off all thanks to sparkpeople.com! The site taught me how to lose weight by making lifestyle changes and has alot of useful tools, very active motivational message boards! Best of all it’s free!
i’d actually give it to a family member who needs a little kick in the pants…in the nicest way possible of course

I need a spark to lose the last 10 lbs of my baby weight. Connor is going to be a year at the end of January so i have had more than nine months to get this off. It would also be a nice pick me up since the kiddos got all the presents from santa since hubby is out of work.
For 2010 I would like overall to be more healthy in mind, body and spirit. Spark me up!!
I know it’s so cliche for people to have loose weight as a New Years Resolution, but I’ve finally come to a place where I’m ready to be a healthier person. No matter what people have told me I have never been determined to loose weight, but 2010 is a new year and I will take control of my eating and exercising habits. This book would be great to help me get a plan that works for me.

I need The Spark in my life because I am totally unhappy with my weight. My weight is also totally unhealthy. I basically need all the help I can get!
