I have done a pretty good job of living a healthy lifestyle, but I am always looking for more ways to eat, exercise, and live better, so this would be perfect for that!

I’m 59, have been on & off diets for 40 years, at one point having ballooned up to 205# after divorce. Started with Biggest Loser probably 3 years ago, but after a year of losing 40# & doing great, I realized I needed to tighten my budget & came to Sparkpeople. I haven’t been as religious & dedicated as I’ve needed to be; am doing much better, but would LOVE to have the book to help me even more. I LOVE “before” & “after” pictures!
