Despite a healthy diet and active lifestyle my mom and I have always struggled to maintain our weight…but recently we’ve decided to team up together to really refine our diets, work out harder, and get down to our FGWs. I think this book would be a great start for us to really lose the weight for good!

SparkPeople.com and “The Spark” are new news to me and has me very curious. I am always inspired by other people’s weight loss stories and what works for them. As a busy mother of three children, I would definitely love to know more about a program that is simple, easy and fun to follow!!!

I would love to read this book! About 2 years ago, I lost 30 lbs with the help of a FABulous online community. In fact, even though none of us use the site anymore, we created our own Facebook page and keep up on each other’s lives and discuss our discoveries while maintaining our weight loss. The Spark sounds like it would jive with my approach to weight loss and health.

No matter what people have told me I have never been determined to loose weight, but 2010 is a new year and I will take control of my eating and exercising habits. Started with Biggest Loser probably 3 years ago, but after a year of losing 40# & doing great, I realized I needed to tighten my budget & came to Sparkpeople. I haven’t been as religious & dedicated as I’ve needed to be; am doing much better, but would LOVE to have the book to help me even more. I LOVE “before” & “after” pictures!
