I have done a pretty good job of living a healthy lifestyle, but I am always looking for more ways to eat, exercise, and live better, so this would be perfect for that!

Oh! I really want this book. It would be perfect for me, because I just started a weight loss regimen and blog this month & I would love to use this as inspiration for me to meet my goal weight.

While I exercise regularly and eat healthfully, I think that I could benefit from this book, as we all need some help sometimes, especially after the holidays!

I always like hearing other people’s insights on how they stay fit and healthy…then I try to add some of their tips to my own healthy lifestyle.

I recently started the south beach diet to get a grip on my poor eating. This book will be a great way to transition to a healthy lifestyle.

I’m 59, have been on & off diets for 40 years, at one point having ballooned up to 205# after divorce. Started with Biggest Loser probably 3 years ago, but after a year of losing 40# & doing great, I realized I needed to tighten my budget & came to Sparkpeople. I haven’t been as religious & dedicated as I’ve needed to be; am doing much better, but would LOVE to have the book to help me even more. I LOVE “before” & “after” pictures!
