Sugar Cookie Sleigh Ride

My productive day continued into the afternoon with errands, cleaning, working, and a trip to the gym. I don’t think I stopped moving all day!

Murphy, however, rested for most of the afternoon while Mal and I got down to business.

Murphy actually had an exciting afternoon. In addition to going for an hour-long walk with Mom and Dad around the neighborhood, he got an early Christmas gift: a Puppia Camo Harness! :-D

I didn’t think Murphy was the type of dog that could pull off camo, but he looks so cool! He seems to like his new harness quite a lot. Murph definitely walked around Southie with a new type of pug confidence this afternoon. I think I even saw a little swagger in his step! ;-)

Dinner

Tonight’s dinner was a repeat of last week’s Pasta With Brie, Mushrooms, and Arugula. It was just so tasty, I needed to make it again.

IMG_0058.JPG

This time, however, I changed-up the ingredients. This evening’s meal had broccoli, mushrooms, and baby spinach in the mix.

IMG_0060.JPG

I cooked dinner right after I got back from the gym, so I drank from my water bottle during dinner.

Dessert was a really special treat: Sugar Cookie Sleigh Ride tea! :-D I can’t believe that I found it! After two winters of not finding it anywhere, I finally got my hands on my very own box. (The Whole Foods in Hingham sells it, but I bought the last one on the shelf. )

IMG_0069.JPG

With my tea, I enjoyed some holiday chocolates.

Best dessert ever!

That’s a great dessert. It’s so much softer than coffee when you just aren’t feeling like a heavy drink

I found Sugar Cookie Sleigh Ride at my friendly neighborhood health food store (New Frontiers). I figured it’d be most likely to have it … and sure enough, they had a big display with four “special holiday” flavors. I bought some Sugar Cookie Sleigh Ride and Candy Cane Lane. Looking forward to having a cup later, after dinner (or after work … or maybe both!).
