Sugar Cookie Sleigh Ride
My productive day continued into the afternoon with errands, cleaning, working, and a trip to the gym. I don’t think I stopped moving all day!
Murphy, however, rested for most of the afternoon while Mal and I got down to business.

Murphy actually had an exciting afternoon. In addition to going for an hour-long walk with Mom and Dad around the neighborhood, he got an early Christmas gift: a Puppia Camo Harness!
I didn’t think Murphy was the type of dog that could pull off camo, but he looks so cool!
He seems to like his new harness quite a lot. Murph definitely walked around Southie with a new type of pug confidence this afternoon. I think I even saw a little swagger in his step!

Dinner
Tonight’s dinner was a repeat of last week’s Pasta With Brie, Mushrooms, and Arugula. It was just so tasty, I needed to make it again.

This time, however, I changed-up the ingredients. This evening’s meal had broccoli, mushrooms, and baby spinach in the mix.

I cooked dinner right after I got back from the gym, so I drank from my water bottle during dinner.

Dessert was a really special treat: Sugar Cookie Sleigh Ride tea!
I can’t believe that I found it! After two winters of not finding it anywhere, I finally got my hands on my very own box. (The Whole Foods in Hingham sells it, but I bought the last one on the shelf.
)

With my tea, I enjoyed some holiday chocolates.

Best dessert ever!

I found Sugar Cookie Sleigh Ride at my friendly neighborhood health food store (New Frontiers). I figured it’d be most likely to have it … and sure enough, they had a big display with four “special holiday” flavors. I bought some Sugar Cookie Sleigh Ride and Candy Cane Lane. Looking forward to having a cup later, after dinner (or after work … or maybe both!).
Sofia — December 15, 2009 @ 9:31 pm
You can actually find most of celstial seasons holiday teas stocked up at Market Basket in Chelsea. They have a ton of Sugar Cookie Sleigh Ride. I definitly stocked up on a couple of boxes.

Allie (Protein Girl) — December 16, 2009 @ 10:50 am
I love Sugar Cookie Sleigh Ride! It’s liquid sugar cookie… Ah Bliss. I made a Sugar Cookie Sleigh Ride Protein Shake with it that’s just like melted ice cream. http://pimpmyproteinshake.blogspot.com/2009/12/sugar-cookie-sleigh-ride-shake.html
Sarah — December 17, 2009 @ 10:36 am
I love sugar cookie sleigh ride too! I also found candy cane lane at the store that I’m going to have to try soon. The gingerbread is pretty good too

A bit late but I ordered mine directly from Celestial Seasonings. The tea is unavailable in Canada (at least it is in my part of the country).
