My favorite is Dorie Greenspan’s (does that sorta count as Julia since she wrote Baking with Julia?) World Peace Cookies and I ALWAYS make it with Scharffen Berger. I tried a different chocolate once and it didn’t result in the instantaneous marriage proposals I’m used to getting on sharing the cookies.

Trailer Trash Toffee/Cookies, yummy, not the best looking cookie, but the taste is so good. Great for kids to make, easy! Saltine crackers, butter, brown sugar, and the best part…CHOCOLATE. But, then again, everything goes better with chocolate, and chocolate seems to help or even fix just about any thing.

My favorite chocolate recipe comes in the form of Chocolate Baklava!! I found it in cooking light magazine and made it for thanksgiving, it was a HIT! =)
