    Since it’s Christmas, I gotta say the sugar cookies! I like the ones in the December mag that are dipped in dark choc and have crushed candy canes on the top! Sooo going to make those. And the orange glaze ones!

    i love real simple recipes! especially as a college student, i like being able to make healthy meals quick and easy. The quinoa with mushroom, kale, and sweet potatoes dish has to be one of my favorite go to dinners. :)

    I was looking for a salmon recipe the other day and thought of you as I chose Real Simple’s Salmon with Dijon Dill Sauce. It was bangin’! You have to try it if you like salmon :) Super good and super easy

    The sugar cookies look amazing! The last time I made sugar cookies from scratch, I accidentally put in a tablespoon of salt instead of a teaspoon…and they were terrible! Real Simple recipes could help me avoid issues like this in the future!

    I remember you made a mac’n'cheese with broccoli recipe once, but I think you used a different cheese than what the RS recipe called for. It goes to show how adaptable and easy these recipes are – that pasta recipe is one of our favorites in my house!
