    Since it’s Christmas, I gotta say the sugar cookies! I like the ones in the December mag that are dipped in dark choc and have crushed candy canes on the top! Sooo going to make those. And the orange glaze ones!

    i love real simple recipes! especially as a college student, i like being able to make healthy meals quick and easy. The quinoa with mushroom, kale, and sweet potatoes dish has to be one of my favorite go to dinners. :)

    I was looking for a salmon recipe the other day and thought of you as I chose Real Simple’s Salmon with Dijon Dill Sauce. It was bangin’! You have to try it if you like salmon :) Super good and super easy

    Tuna and Chickpea Salad looks awesome! I just made their Cuban Beef this week in the crockpot :) I can’t remember the name because I call it “Ropa Vieja” which is what my favorite Nueva Latina restaurant calls it. YUM!!!!!

    The sugar cookies look amazing! The last time I made sugar cookies from scratch, I accidentally put in a tablespoon of salt instead of a teaspoon…and they were terrible! Real Simple recipes could help me avoid issues like this in the future!

    I remember you made a mac’n'cheese with broccoli recipe once, but I think you used a different cheese than what the RS recipe called for. It goes to show how adaptable and easy these recipes are – that pasta recipe is one of our favorites in my house!

    I’ve made the sugar cookies that you guys made before, they’re great! I live in the south and it’s hard to get into the holiday spirit when it’s nice and sunny…the christmas sugar cookies definitely helped!

    My favorite Real Simple recipe is the Sausage, Spinach, and Provolone Pizza. I tried this recipe and it was to die for! My whole family loved it. It is great cold as well! I also did love the pug sugar cookie tooooo cute!

    I made the cauliflower mac and cheese awhile back per your suggestion . . . but I used broccoli instead. :) (We’re not a fan of the cauliflower at our house!)
