I love them because they are salty and a little bit chewy. Plus I like that they take more time to eat so I actually enjoy them, rather than just scarfing down handfuls, which I *may* be prone to do with other nuts.

I love that they are green … they have been a favourite of mine for a really long time. I love pulling off the shell then popping the pistachio into my mouth
