Last year, I did a recap of my favorite eats of 2008, so I thought it would be fun to highlight this year’s favorites as well. Here’s just a sampling of my favorite recipes– not surprisingly, most of them are for desserts! ;-)

Can’t wait to try the cheesy baked shells and broccoli! I’m going vegetarian in 2010 and I know this is a veggie-friendly entree the husband will love just as much as I do! :)

That Macaroni and Cheese with Cauliflower is making my mouth water! Jacob LOVES mac n cheese and I’m always trying to make it a bit healthier so I can enjoy it guiltlessly with him. I’ll have to give this one a shot, thanks!

Yum-O! I tried the last minute lasagna, and it was sooooooo comforting and tasty! =D All those recipes look gooooooooood. =) (P.S. your oatmeal raisin bars are also incredible!!)
