Last year, I did a recap of my favorite eats of 2008, so I thought it would be fun to highlight this year’s favorites as well. Here’s just a sampling of my favorite recipes– not surprisingly, most of them are for desserts!
Cheesy Baked Shells and Broccoli
Chocolate Peppermint Bark Cookies
Macaroni and Cheese with Cauliflower
No-Bake Granola Almond Butter Balls
Pomegranate Coconut Quick Bread
Sausage, Spinach, and Provolone Pizza
Sweet Potato Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

That Macaroni and Cheese with Cauliflower is making my mouth water! Jacob LOVES mac n cheese and I’m always trying to make it a bit healthier so I can enjoy it guiltlessly with him. I’ll have to give this one a shot, thanks!
