Element Bars Giveaway

There are so many bars out there now-a-days. Some are delicious, some are gross, but imagine if you could create your own bar with you whatever you want in it?

Well, now you can! :-D

Last week, I received a Crispy Cranberry bar from Element Bars. Element Bars allows you to build your own custom energy and protein bars. Each bar is handmade and contains only natural and organic ingredients– so no artificial sweeteners, no processed starches, and no new fancy food technology.

Chewy_Almond_Ingredients_1-480x369

The Crispy Cranberry bar was awesome! It tasted delicious with wholesome flavors of sweet cranberry and apricots. The bar was “crispy,” yet soft and chewy and had giant berry and nut chunks in it.

Ok so I went with a chewy almond butter bar (organic option, yes please) with blueberries and cherries. Then I added pumpkin sees and flaxseeds sweetened with Agave Syrup and of course, chocolate chips. I added some “immunity” and “fiber” for some ooomph.

Well guess I added to much, I got a pop up saying, Wow! You really found a lot to add to this bar, we only recommend 5. Sadly I tossed the fiber, flax and pumpkin seeds. Still sounds yummo, thanks!!!

I don’t think you could go wrong with any combination!! They all sound delish! Definitely an oat base with peanut butter, almonds and maybe some raisins, etc.

Oaty bar with apricots, blueberries, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, agave syrup, and I added fiber and whey protein. I was interested in increasing the protein in the bar as much as I could and was surprised at how difficult it was!
