Busy, Busy

Today has been such a busy day. I spent the morning working on my book, then headed to NuVal for a few hours, then had a quick interview about coffee for a women’s magazine, and then I had a conference call with Open Sky. Busy, busy! I’m happy to be home, lounging in my sweats now.

Breakfast

I didn’t snap a photo of breakfast this morning. I thought about it, but I was moving right along with my writing, so I skipped it and got back to work. I ate the same ol’ oats + banana + Barney Butter combo.

Here’s a photo from last December that pretty much sums up breakfast today.

Lunch

I munched on lunch at my desk today. I had a container of Oikos with a package of Yogi Granola Crisps mixed in.

Loved the Granola Crisps! Delish!

When I got home, I snacked on a pear before taking Murphy for a walk. He patiently waited while I munched away.

Dinner

My lunch was pretty small today, so I dug into dinner early. I had leftovers of the Easy Greek Casserole that I made on Tuesday night. (I’m pretty sure I’ll end up eating a snack later tonight.)

It was so good reheated! Much better than expected. I ended up going back for seconds. ;-)

Oh no! That stinks about the Jeep! But new cars are so much fun! My husband’s Jeep has over 275,000 miles on it…and the mechanics said it’s in perfect condition. I don’t think we’ll be getting a new car anytime soon :(

Did you like the granola crisps? I am skeptical of them. I can’t wait to make your greek casserole. I am greek and I love greek flavors!

I don’t think we’re ever gonna get a new car. My husband is good with cars so we’ll probably always have old ones. I’m all for no car payment though. :)
