And The Winners Are…

Mal, Murphy, and I slept until almost 9 o’clock this morning! I think that’s a record for us. I guess we all needed the sleep.

After rolling out of bed, we immediately headed to the kitchen. The three of us woke up starving! Well, being a pug, Murphy is always starving. ;-)

Breakfast

While Mal made us a couple of iced coffees (and did the dishes), I cooked us some eggs. I used the microwave method to make an egg white patty, which I mixed with leftover Easy Greek Casserole. It was sort of like a Greek omelette.

On the side, I had a piece of whole wheat toast with Olivio smeared on top and an iced coffee.

I plan to do the 12 Days of Giveaways again next year, but I’ll stick to just 12 days. Maybe I’ll do it like Ellen’s 12 Days of Giveaways and have multiple prizes each day.

That looks like a yummy, hearty breakfast. With 8 inches of snow on the ground here in DC (and another foot expected), I was definitely craving oats this AM. :D
