I spent my morning working away at NuVal. I can’t believe how fast the morning flew by! I love that!
Mid-morning, I made myself a cup of coffee with half & half and sugar. The caffeine definitely helped fuel my tweeting!
(I still can’t believe Twitter is part of my job description!!!)
I dug into my lunch pretty early today. My oatmeal + acorn squash didn’t hold me over well– probably because I missed out on my usual double scoop of peanut butter (protein + fat). Plus, I’m having one of those bottomless pit days! I didn’t even workout this morning? Hunger is so weird!
Today’s lunch was a homemade salad with Boston lettuce, grape tomatoes, carrots, green bell peppers, Nasoya noodles, shredded cheddar, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, and a big spoonful of Claire’s relish on top.
I munched on a delicious Refresh Glo Bar after eating my salad. I loved the chocolate flavor!
And then I had some more chocolate. I’m having some serious chocolate cravings today! Cravings are weird too!

Camera Recommendations
So, my point-and-shoot camera has finally crapped out. Can you tell from the fuzzy photos in this post? Ick.
Any recommendations for a cheap-ish point-and-shoot? Preferably a Canon model? I need to buy one before I leave for San Francisco this weekend! Thanks, guys!

Mal and I are going out for drinks with friends and then seeing Ray LaMontagne tonight. I can’t wait!!! I love him– almost as much as David Gray.
I should have time to squeeze in a dinner post, so I’ll see ya a little later!

I would love to try the ketchup recipe, as I LOVE ketchup and add it to everything, but the high sugar (and high fructose corn syrup) content is bothersome. that’s so awesome that you’re seeing Ray LaMontagne- I just discovered his music and it is so good! his voice is so relaxing.

Definitely the agave ketchup recipe. I’ve never made my own ketchup, and it’d be fun try, plus cheaper than buying ketchup–especially if you want to avoid high fructose corn syrup.

re: camera.
careful with the Canon powershots/elphs… i had the 650 (from 2007?) and ended up a with a “lens error” – notorious e18 error “virus” in canons! i suggest you google it, it’s very common
i know 3 other ppl that had it too,.luckily i sent mine back to Canon and got it fixed, but only b/c it was within the 1 year warranty.
I would love to try the Kansas City Barbecue Sauce with Agave!!
Like most….Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Whole Grain Cookies caught me right away! Sounds delish!
