also from the color it looks like you used a yam and not a true sweet potato… because sweet potatoes are not orange but a very light yellow

I just made these cookies super yum! I did add a little agave for added sweetness. I used all organic ingredients. my local food co-op has the yummiest freshest bulk organic raisins!

I made these cookies twice and the first time I didn’t have any raisins so I made them with dried cranberries and they came out awesome!! Great recipe!!
