I was afraid of greek yogurt. I'm not a huge fan of yogurt as it is (only eat it because its good for me), so thick greek yogurt is....yeah. BUT, I tried it after seeing the NuVal score of my old yogurt was so much lower. And guess what? I like it. First, it takes me forever to eat, so I actually enjoy the snack. Second, its so full of protein - wow! Finally, that thick texture is actually yummier that slimy old yogurt.

Also, wheatberries...raw pumpkin seeds....um..

I have tried SO MUCH because of food blogs - I have only them to thank for my daily obsession with Greek yogurt, plus almond butter, Larabars, Z-Bars, and so much more!

Most of the things I now eat are inspired by food blogs! XD Probably because I discovered them when I was in the throes of a serious eating disorder, and all the fun ideas really helped and are continuing to help me on my recovery journey! Let's see... peanut butter (never ate it before blogs!), oatmeal, pumpkin, hugh jass salads, yogurt and cottage cheese, CINNAMON, flax seed, sweet potatoes and squash, roasted vegetables...
