I definitely want to make make the macaroni n’ cheese with cauliflower! I love mac n’ cheese, this version is healthier and more nutrient dense than what I’m used to while still sounding delicious!

I love your blog – I read it every day! I made the creamy rice and roasted shrimp and although it was good hot it was even better cold!! (I added some parm cheese to it too)

The creamy rice and roasted shrimp looked amazing. I would not have thought of roasting the shrimp. Great idea!
