It Does Exist!

I found it! Stonyfield Pumpkin Pie-flavored yogurt does exist!!!

I nearly jumped for joy when I saw Stonyfield’s Pumpkin Pie-flavored yogurt at Whole Foods this morning. (Bostonians: I found it at the Charles River Plaza location.) I specifically went into Whole Foods looking for this product, so I had the biggest smile on my face and snapped one up right away! I was SO psyched!

When I arrived home, I immediately broke open my container of yogurt. The flavor was SO MUCH BETTER than I ever expected! Seriously, it tasted just like pumpkin pie. It was smooth and creamy with a light orange color, and a considerable punch of pumpkin pie flavor. But, the flavor wasn’t fake-tasting or super sweet like some blended yogurts can be– it was just the right amount of pumpkin pie deliciousness.

I ate my Pumpkin Pie yogurt with Raisin Bran mixed in. The combo was heavenly! :-D

As Stonyfield says, “Ahhh, autumn. Here in New Hampshire, it’s time for warm sweaters, crisp air, blazing foliage, and a big wedge of delicious pumpkin pie. Savor the season, ’cause it won’t last long.” Rumor has it that this flavor is only available until December 2009. :-( Wah! Why can’t it be sold year-round!?!

Mal should be home in about an hour, and then we hitting the road to head home!

Happy Thanksgiving, blog friends!

    I tried it a few weeks ago and I wasn’t a fan :(
I mean it tasted good but the texture was a little too runny for me. Glad you enjoyed it!

Unfortunately, I didn’t like this yogurt at all. I thought it was very fake tasting and tasted nothing like pumpkin pie. I must eat too many sweet treats to enjoy this.

Yum!! Thanks for the review. Now I just need to find it near me. In the mean time I’ve been making my own pumpkin pie yogurt and it works, but I want to try the real thing!

This yogurt sounds so good! I have to look for it at our Wholes Foods. BTW I found the holiday sugar cookie tea. Not sure if you have Safeway grocery stores in Boston but that’s where I found mine. I will gladly send you a box, just let me know. Happy Thanksgiving!!

I wish it came in soy yogurt form. I wish soy yogurt came in better flavors! It sounds heavenly. Especially with some Raisin Bran which is an addictive food in itself!

Happy Thanksgiving! They’ve had it at the Framingham Whole Foods for months now; I wonder why it took so long to hit Boston. It’s good, but I’ve been able to recreate it with adding pumpkin to plain greek yogurt and mixing in cinnamon and allspice. It’s really great with a harvest spice granola bar crumbled over :-)

I’m Canadian and drive about an hour to get to a Grocery store in Buffalo N.Y that sells this. I thought it tasted totally fake and horrible. I added in some Go Lean and it tastes significantly better with some crunch in it….I froze one too…that was Yucky and a total no-no!
